About EDeAN


The European Design for All e-Accessibility Network - EDeAN is a network of 160 organisations in EU member states and Norway. The goal of the network is to support all citizens' access to the Information Society. EDeAN provides a platform for research institutions, universities and user organisations to cooperate and to interact with other stakeholders and in particular:

  • a European forum for Design for All and e-Accessibility issues, supporting EU's e-inclusion goals
  • a European forum for Design for All issues (eEurope objective)
  • awareness raising in the public and private sectors
  • input for curricula and course modules on Design for All
  • online resources on Design for All

National Contact Centres

The network is linked by National Contact Centres (NCCs) that represent EDeAN and its aims within each country and co-ordinate activities for member organisations.
